Do employees need a separate login?
No. Employees use their existing Schedulaa login. Access is controlled by manager permissions and can be revoked any time.
Can we email payslips as well?
Yes. When you finalize payroll you can email PDF copies to each employee and still keep the portal enabled as a backup.
